Start a Repair Order

Four steps: choose your service, remove and ship your mirror, we confirm it's repairable and send a payment link, we repair and return it. No payment until we have your mirror in hand.

1. Choose your service — the DIY gear part, or our mail-in gear + motor repair service. See pricing. Starting a repair order gets you an order number (RMA) and shipping instructions — no payment yet.
2. Remove and ship your mirror — see removal instructions and packing guidance (emailed with your order number).
3. We confirm it's arrived and repairable, then send you a payment link for the full amount.
4. Once paid, we repair and ship it back — 3-day turnaround from payment.

The repair service button will request an order number (RMA) — full payment is collected separately, by a link Hunter sends once your mirror has arrived and been confirmed repairable.
