My Cadillac Escalade passenger side power folding mirror stopped operating. I contacted the dealership and was told it was about $1000 to replace the mirror. I decided to look on the Cadillac forum to see if I could find any alternatives. I found a post from Hunter in regards to mirror repair. I sent him an email and asked what alternatives were available and a timeline to get the mirror back into working order. Immediately I was impressed with his answers and responsiveness.

I got the detailed instructions and followed them, step by step (which also included some helpful tips and tricks). The instructions were spot on. I removed the mirror from my Escalade and had FedEx box it up and send it off to Hunter. He sent me a text when he got it, and let me know he would get it fixed and sent back out the following day. Once he got it apart he even texted me a few pics of the broken parts — what amazing service! Hunter let me know that he got it all fixed, tested the operation and sent it back to me. He even included the FedEx tracking number. A few days later I got the mirror back by FedEx and installed it back on my Escalade and it works perfectly.

I would HIGHLY recommend Hunter. He took the time to explain the issue, and did everything he said he would. Top notch service. Keep up the good work Hunter!
